Yoga Flow/Pilates

Our advanced class, is based on the practice of Vinyasa (power yoga) which uses a series of challenging poses throughout the one-hour practice. The series begins with sun salutations moving on to standing poses, seated poses, inversions, backbends and core strengthening before final relaxation. The class helps realign the spine, detoxify the body, build strength, flexibility and stamina. This class is NOT recommended for those who are pregnant or need a slower pace.Yoga Pose | Woman
