Summer Restoration

There's nothing better than dedicating some time to yourself this summer.  But when do you really have the time to dedicate to YOU and your practice?  Whatever your exercise practice may be, you need time for self-growth.  Take a timeout from your practice so you come back refreshed.  Though the weather is nice don't always make your muscles work the same way with the consistent pace and speed as usual.  

Take a rest during your routine, try different exercise classes, different movements and different paths.  Though you may be a yogi, walker, runner, biker, swimmer try out different places to enjoy those activities, take the path less traveled and see where it leads you.  Think of your practice as an exploration of YOU and your own life.

During some of the breaks we've had in the Fiery Sun Fitness schedule, I've taken some yoga classes from other teachers thus deepen my practice and bringing more excitement and outlook into your class room.  The breaks have allowed me to grow and share more with you, share your stories of growth in your routine with us via email.  

I look forward to seeing you deepen your practice with us.
