We hope you've enjoyed your summer! Fall is just around the corner. We hope to see you in our classes this fall, including our new location at St. Mark's Episcopal Church.
What to Expect in Our Classes: We supply props such as blocks, blankets and straps. You're welcome to bring your own props. It's highly recommended you bring a yoga/pilates mat with you and a bottle of water to class. We do sell these items online and in class.
Our Approach: We believe that practice makes perfect! Each pose is shown as a modification and we build upon the pose to meet your abilities. You don't have to show up to each class or feel that you've missed something important if you can't make it to each and every class. We know how busy you are and we believe in practicing when and where you're able to practice, that's why we offer a variety of classes at different locations. There's no membership required. The walk-in fee is $15/class and a 10-class pass is $120, it's good for 6 months from purchase and can be used at any location for any class. Think of the 10-class pass as getting 10 cheaper walk-in fees. The passes are non-refundable or non-transferable.
Some Tips :
If you are new, you may fill out the waiver online and bring it with you to class. We do have the waivers on-site as well.
If you choose to pay with a credit card you may purchase a walk-in fee or your 10-class pass online before class. You can pay with cash or check in person. All payments must be made before class starts!
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before classes to settle in and ensure a prompt start.
If you arrive late you may be turned away.
