"This is my first yoga class I've taken, it's an intro which I am pleased to have. The blanket under our knees allows us to get down on all fours. Some of the balancing poses are difficult to do; namely standing on one foot with the other foot climbing the leg and the pose on all fours the lifting of one leg and extending it out. But that is OK as I seem to understand and able to do the other poses."
